大型軍事模型是為了滿足軍事教學(xué)基地的教學(xué)需求和科技館、軍事展覽館、歷史景區(qū)的展覽需求以及影視劇拍攝的布景需求而產(chǎn)生的專業(yè)模型設(shè)備。大型軍事模型主要包括坦克、裝甲車以及戰(zhàn)斗機、軍艦等軍事裝備，大小規(guī)模一般為1:1等比例還原，也可以按照客戶不同的需求做相應(yīng)的擴大和縮小，做工優(yōu)良、專業(yè)逼真是大型軍事模型在制作過程中的基本要求：

A large-scale military model is a professional model equipment developed to meet the teaching needs of military teaching bases, as well as the exhibition needs of science and technology museums, military exhibition halls, historical scenic spots, and the setting needs of film and television filming. 一、骨架的制作

1、 Skeleton fabrication

接到客戶的訂單要求后，首先由設(shè)計人員進行大型軍事模型的設(shè)計，這是工人師傅的制作說明書。拿到圖紙之后，師傅們會根據(jù)圖紙將所需要的不同長度的50mm50mm*2.0mm的方鋼裁切出來，然后將其焊接成為大型軍事模型的骨架。

After receiving the customer's order request, the design personnel first carry out the design of a large military model, which is the production manual of the worker master. After receiving the drawings, the masters will cut the required 50mm50mm * 2.0mm square steel of different lengths according to the drawings, and then weld them into the skeleton of a large military model.

二、對骨架進行鐵藝蒙皮

2、 Iron skinning of the skeleton

在骨架制作完成后，師傅們會根據(jù)骨架的平面分布，選擇合適大小的的2mm厚的鍍鋅板進行焊接蒙皮工作，并在鍍鋅板與框之間采用鉚接法連接，以確保大型軍事模型有足夠的強度和剛度。

After the skeleton production is completed, the masters will select 2mm thick galvanized plates of appropriate size for welding the skin work based on the plane distribution of the skeleton, and use riveting method to connect the galvanized plates and the frame to ensure that the large military model has sufficient strength and stiffness.

三、噴涂底漆膩子并打磨接縫

3、 Spray primer putty and polish the joints

在鐵藝蒙皮環(huán)節(jié)結(jié)束后，涂抹專業(yè)適用于大型軍事模型的膩子，反復(fù)涂抹以達到理想的要求。等待膩子自然風(fēng)干后，要在接縫處涂抹纖維材料并進行打磨，為了大型軍事模型表面的光滑平整，要用打磨機對膩子進行打磨。

After the ironwork skin process is completed, apply professional putty suitable for large military models and repeat the application to achieve the desired requirements. After waiting for the putty to air dry naturally, fiber materials should be applied to the joints and polished. In order to ensure the smooth and even surface of the large military model, a polishing machine should be used to polish the putty.

四、噴涂外觀并完善細節(jié)

4、 Spray appearance and improve details

后，根據(jù)客戶的具要求，采用汽車漆對大型軍事模型的外觀進行噴繪，可根據(jù)需求噴涂字樣和logo，并調(diào)節(jié)相應(yīng)的細節(jié)。

Afterwards, according to the customer's specific requirements, the appearance of the large military model can be sprayed with automotive paint, and the words and logo can be sprayed according to the requirements, and the corresponding details can be adjusted.
